Delivery and Returns

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party, other than the carrier, and authorised by you had acquired, physical possession of the purchased good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract, with a clear statement sent via email, with all the information of the purchase (name, surname, address, email address with which the purchase was made) to info@layoners.com, and send the product back to: DFVU d.o.o., Liparjeva cesta 6a, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia.

Effects of cancellation

Items that are undamaged, but don’t meet your needs, and are returned within 30 days, will receive a refund of the purchase price or a new item. You will be responsible for direct shipping costs when returning your item for this reason. Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.

Items that have been damaged by the customer, or do not have a receipt, may be denied a refund or a new item.

Items that have been damaged during delivery, or have a manufacturer defect, and are returned within 30 days, together with the receipt of the shipping costs, will receive a new item or a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. You will be responsible for direct shipping costs when returning your item, but will be fully reimbursed once your return and a receipt of the shipping costs is received.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements

We can replace items if they were delivered to you defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email with all the information of the purchase (name, surname, address, email – to which the purchase has been made) at info@layoners.com and send the item to: DFVU d.o.o., Liparjeva cesta 6a, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: DFVU d.o.o., Liparjeva cesta 6A, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia.

You will be responsible for direct shipping costs when returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new item to reach you, may vary.
